Living Ecosystem Design (LED), founded by Neil O. Campbell, is an interdisciplinary framework for designing and stewarding governance ecosystems that strengthen the long-term health, resilience, and prosperity of communities, cities and regions.

As the Founder of Living Ecosystem Design and a Governance Ecosystem Designer, Neil advances the practice of ecosystem stewardship by aligning public institutions, the built environment, infrastructure, capital, technology, and human development into integrated living systems that create lasting public value.

Drawing upon experience in architecture, public administration, executive operations, urban planning, regulatory systems, and capital project delivery, Neil helps governments, institutions, and communities rediscover overlooked opportunities, strengthen institutional alignment, and transform complex challenges into practical, measurable solutions.
